VSX 2014 Conference

Posted on

On March 13, we catered the VSX 2014 Conference at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View. Attended by 400+ delegates, the conference featured a variety of different vendors from the field of technology and other virtual solutions.

The day kicked off with an executive breakfast of; veggie omelettes, breakfast potatoes, various pastries, granola parfaits, fruit, juice and yogurt. Of course, coffee was on the menu – as well as some tasty breakfast burritos for the general crowd.

While the attendees were demystifying enterprise mobility management (that actually was a real session of the conference) we underwent the mammoth task of preparing to feed lunch to hundreds of people. Starting with garden fresh salads, we moved onto entrees comprising of; garlic and oregano marinated chicken, beef teriyaki skewers and creamy tomato veggie tortellini. These delectable mains found themselves served beside fried rice, vegetables and fresh bread rolls.

In keeping with the “technological powerhouse” theme, we provided power bars to the delegates to keep their minds running for the rest of the afternoon. We had a great time being involved with yet another conference at the Computer History Museum, and hope to go back again next year.
