Artichoke Recipes

Apples and pumpkins are obvious crowd favorites for fall produce, so today we’re shining some light on the humble artichoke. You can find locally grown artichokes right here in the Bay Area, with farms as close as Gilroy. Here are some fresh ways to use an often unfamiliar vegetable:

 

  • Roasted
    When a recipe starts with, “It’s so simple, it’s hard to call it a recipe!” you know it’s got to be good! Try All Recipes Simply Roasted Artichoke – you won’t be sorry!
  • Stuffed

    The Spruce posted a penne recipe with fresh artichokes (you can find it here) that is so tasty, but at the same time, so simple. This recipe is full of whole foods and clean flavors, topped with Parmigiano-Reggiano.  
  • Dip
    Classic artichoke dip takes on a whole new meaning when you use fresh artichokes rather than canned. My Recipes have paired artichoke with kale, and it’s fure to be a party favorite.
